Upcoming Classes at CSL

“As we study our own being, we begin to deduce the nature of God.” –Ernest Holmes

Our classes at CSL give you what you need to expand your knowledge of spiritual principles and to gain practical spiritual tools for everyday use. In addition to learning about our philosophy and how to apply it, being in a class is one of the best ways to enter more deeply into our spiritual community. It is a wonderful opportunity to meet and get to know people from many different backgrounds.
Core Classes—all completed classes, contribute to the prerequisites for entry to the Advanced Consciousness Studies Program and Professional Prayer Practitioner Studies.

Sangha is the Sanskrit term denoting a community. In meditation, we gather in Sangha to practice together, share the Dharma (teaching of the way), and deepen our understating of mindfulness and all its applications. This community is for the beginning meditators, experienced practitioners, and everyone in between. As we practice and learn together, we grow together. Join us on the path.

I have arrived. I am home.
I am home.
In the here, in the now, I am solid.
I am free. In the ultimate I dwell.

DREW EBERSOLE has over 15 years of rich mindfulness and meditation training. He has, retreated, and studied with many master teachers. He teaches, trains, and coaches mindfulness practices across the country, and has devoted his life, work and practice to the Dharma and sharing it in easy, practical applicable ways.

Meditation begins at 7 PM and goes until approx. 7:50 p.m., followed by a short break and then a short talk by Drew. Please join us on Thursdays for Mindfulness Meditation at Center for Spiritual Living Tacoma, 206 N J St, Tacoma WA.

The Mental Equivalent

CSL founder Ernest Holmes discovered that focusing on something that you truly want to manifest requires holding an image or a feeling and using spiritual practices to manifest your heart’s desire. He called it “the Law of Mental Equivalents.”

Now, we are offering this course as a Consciousness Class. If you have taken a Foundations course, you will find Mental Equivalents a natural segue to more comprehensive consciousness studies.
