MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

Join our sangha (sanskrit for "community") every Thursday @ 7pm for a mindfulness meditation, led by Rev. Drew. We follow with gratitude the Theravada tradition of vipassana ("insight") meditation.

Reflections

Following our 40 minute meditation, we have a quick bio break and then reflect on teachings on living in balance and harmony. See below for our current theme as well as resources discussed.
