Foundations

Foundations: Beginning January 23, 2024, 5:30-8:30 p.m. for 10 weeks. The classic Foundations class revamped for new students, we learn a new spiritual principle and a spiritual practice to support it each week. Then we get an opportunity to practice in our own lives. Class includes a mini-retreat on 5-step prayer.
