Troy Christensen has a deep passion and mission to end homelessness. He is Chief of Operations and Strategy at Metropolitan Development Council, an agency that integrates healthcare, housing, education, and employment in assisting families and individuals move from poverty to self-sufficiency.
Our speakers address social issues in the 21st century just as Dickens did in the Victorian era. Charles Dickens was the first great urban novelist in England who used fiction to criticize economic, social, and moral abuses in the Victorian era.
